'Hallo aus Berlin' is a British German-language educational cartoon and collective fever dream that aired on BBC Schools from 1996 to 1997
The 10 episodes consist mostly of the main cast of kids talking about their daily lives in simple phrasing; The true highlight of the series is... ROLLI und RITA!!!

Each episode (excluding ep. 10 Unser Berlin) includes a 'Rolli und Rita' skit where Rolli and Rita dilly dally around Berlin and unintentionally cause havoc upon their presence

Later they also sing a fun little song about the theme of each episode, and bust down some SICK moves while they're at it

Episode 1: Wir
Song: Hallo aus Berlin
Rolli is standing in an apartment hallway, waiting for the lift to arrive. He then realizes that he had zoned out, and the lift went down past him!
Rita Weiss, whos inside the elevator and unsuspecting of the unfortunate situation at hand, waits for it to arrive on the first floor while Rolli rushes down the stairs.
After the intense stair sequence, the elevator opens, and Rolli und Rita crash into eachother! Rolli says "ow."
Rolli then asks her if she happens to be Rita Weiss. Rita says yes. Rolli introduces himself, and Rita leaves for the Carnival. Rolli tags along!
"Deueuebebeuebaeuabevebeuebeavbueuau" -Soundtrack impression
In their amusement with vanity, Rolli und Rita look in the magical wobbly mirrors, and exclaim at their comically exaggerated appearnces.
For reasons unknown, Rita has an eccentric laugh
The Carneval then turns out to be CarnEVIL and is now haunted. Rolli und Rita enter into a dark room, with only a radioactively glowing green coffin...
Rita, confused at this, asks "Was ist Das???"
A voice sounds from the coffin, and asks them their names in a friendly manner.
Rolli und Rita are little bitches however so they run out just like when Frankenstein first saw the monster (his name is Adam not Frankenstein!!1)
THE END!
Episode 2: Familie
To be continued...

Q: Why doesn't episode 10 have a Rolli und Rita skit?
A: It goes over the history of Berlin, with WWII and the Berlin wall, so the BBC probably didn't think it was appropriate to have a silly skit that time.
They still sing at the end though.
