These are archived Gifs from the Internet's early days, most of whom's original artists are unfortunately difficult to find nowadays.
I found the stamps on Deviantart, or on stamp directories. I will try to link back when i can.
Illustrations and relating to Jojo's Bizzare Adventure were done by the series' creator Hirohiko Araki and found on Jojo's Bizzare Encyclopedia.
